Notes on prices
Prices are for the properties per week in Sterling.
There is an extra charge of £50 for all baby and children facilities,
(please see services page for a full list)
Weekly cleans are a separate charge of €30 per hour if required on arrival.
There are Discounts for long lets in any season.
There is a discount of £100 for double bookings.
Guests may arrive on any day of the week. Arrival times are no earlier than 5 pm.
Check-out is no later than 12 am on the departure date.
We require a 20% deposit to hold your booking and full payment nearer to your arrival date.
To confirm your bookings please let us know by email once the payment has been sent and we will confirm receipt with an email.
Once Full payment has been confirmed, then we will send you directions, maps, terms and conditions, phone numbers and any other information you will need for your stay at Villa Silvana
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of £50.00.
For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one nights rent.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Travel Insurance is advised.
