Puglian food is wonderfully simple, so it can be enjoyed by the children and there is gourmet dishes for the adults as well. Even the timing of the prepared meal is specifically ordered for whenever you prefer, simply order with us the night before and Enjoy a Romantic dinner in your apartment or outside in your gardens the following day
For €35 a head the five course meal consists of
A fine selection of appetising Antipasti’s (starters.) A Delightful Primi (first course) either a local pasta or rice dish. A Succulent Secondi (meat course) normally a organic chicken, steak or local meat. Varied enjoyable contorni’s (side dishes) Crispy oven potatoes, fresh salads and Crunchy fresh vegetables. A heavenly Dolci (dessert) and fresh hot bread and a distinctive local wine.
Local Puglian Chef Archangelo Semeraro will arrive on your doorstep with an already prepared delicious Feast and serve your meal while you sit under the stars in your own private pagoda and sip the local wine, what better way to enjoy a relaxing evening, without having to worry about cooking or dining out. Not only is the food scrumptious but it takes all the stress out of worrying about what to cook that evening, particularly if you are exhausted after a hot day of sunbathing under the glorious Puglian sun
